Prude Return & Store Credit Policy
At Prude, we want you to love your purchase. Due to being a small business, we do not offer refunds, but we’re happy to provide store credit for eligible returns.
Eligibility
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with the original tag still attached.
- You have 21 days from the delivery date to return items for store credit.
- You must contact us within 7 days of delivery date to begin the return.
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
How to Initiate a Return

Email us at contact@shopprude.comn within 7 days of receiving your package to qualify for a return.

We will provide the return address and instructions.
Store Credit

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, please allow up to 48 hours for store credit to be issued.
Important Notes

Returns cannot be accepted after 21 days from the original delivery date.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service— Prude is not responsible for lost returns.
