Prude Return & Store Credit Policy

At Prude, we want you to love your purchase. Due to being a small business, we do not offer refunds, but we’re happy to provide store credit for eligible returns.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with the original tag still attached.
  • You have 21 days from the delivery date to return items for store credit.
  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery date to begin the return.
  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at contact@shopprude.comn within 7 days of receiving your package to qualify for a return.

  2. We will provide the return address and instructions.

Store Credit

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, please allow up to 48 hours for store credit to be issued.

Important Notes

  • Returns cannot be accepted after 21 days from the original delivery date.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service— Prude is not responsible for lost returns.
